How to create a Shell Bracelet

Learn how to create a shell bracelet

Step one.

Cut a 94cm length of the cord. Fold in half and tie a knot at 10cm. Cut open the folded end of the cord.

Step two.

Attach to a small macrame board.

Step three.

Lay out 7 shells on the board, make sure they are all facing the same way.

Step four.

Separate the cords, thread the bottom cord up through the first shell.

Step five.

Take the top cord and thread down through the shell.

Step six.

Push the shell up to the knot.

Step seven.

Thread both cords through a silver spacer bead and push up tightly to the shell.

Step eight.

Repeat steps 4 - 7 until all seven shells are threaded.

Step nine.

After the 7th shell tie an overhand knot so it sits tightly up against it holding them all in place

Step ten.

To finish the bracelet, create a Macrame square knot clasp. knot the cord ends.
