Find the center link of the chain an add a heart charm with a jump ring.

Step six

Take 2 charms and add onto a jump ring then attach to the bracelet in the next link to the heart on the oposit side. do the same on the other side of the heart.

Step seven

Add 6 pairs of charms either side of the heart. then add a heart either side, then start to thin the charms by leaving one link, then 2 links, then 3 links in between charms to the end of the chain on either side.
