Step One

Thread a gemstone onto a headpin and form a round loop next to the bead with round nose pliers.

Step Two

Add the toggle and close the loop by wrapping the wire around the loop twice.

Step Three

Trim the wire close to the loop and tuck in any edges so that it does not catch on your clothing. Then create your second cufflink.
