Disgusted that as a loyal customer I paid almost £130 for the 13 Birthday calendar then for JM to reduce the price to £89.99 just 5 weeks later. Also the promised video tutorials are still not all downloaded…this was also part of the sale we thought we were getting….feeling ripped off to say the least….Definitely not worth in excess of £500 as stated on tv by presenter and definitely not worth £129.99 that I paid and I seriously don’t think it’s worth £89.99 especially when there are some really cheap items in the boxes. I would have returned this but I had already gifted it ..pity I did not give them the receipt with it as the person will now think I paid the lower price 🤬

£130 paid, today JM sold same product for £89..99. Bought the Christmas version which was cheaper and slightly better products. Heart sinks with disappointment after all these years.

Although the items were nice some were very flimsy. I am not sure where the £500 estimate comes from because I simply can't see it. It works out about £10 per drawer but some components fell short of this. I am a bit disappointed as one of my charms was brown and tarnished and they were very thin. I returned it.

This box was underwhelming, there are some nice things in but not exciting enough to be compelled to keep it and sent it back at the first opportunity

Although some of the items were of a good quality some of the silver was a bit flimsy. The jade was lovely but i would have preferred the pearl to have been drilled as I'm a bit scared to ream it.

The overall quality of the various items was excellent. The problem was shorter than normal strands & the over reliance on pearls & jade as a 'wow' factor. The loose Tanzanite, poor quality. Glass beads out of place. Disappointing after the excellent Advent Calendar.

I think its okay, a couple of well thought out items, the colour of Jade is a great idea, not quite convinced about the Conch bead, box and bags are well thought out. I appreciate the work that went into its planning and of course really the worth is also in the design ideas and designer ideas

Some of the items were good but a lot of the silver pieces were rather flimsy and wouldn't use them. Nowhere near the £500 value that was told to everyone.
